As the year 2020 wrapped up, horror game enthusiasts in France were actively engaging with their favorite spine-chilling titles on Android devices. Data from Sensor Tower provides an insight into how the top 5 horror games performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Scary Teacher 3D by Z & K Games saw a considerable number of downloads, peaking at nearly 8.4K in the week of October 19th. Downloads remained strong throughout the quarter, with a notable increase to over 8.8K in the week leading up to Christmas. Weekly active users reflected a similar trend, starting at around 44K in late September and reaching over 51K in the holiday season.

My Town Halloween - Ghost game from My Town Games Ltd, despite its recent release in November 2020, showed impressive engagement with downloads surging to over 12.8K in the first week of December. The game's weekly active users also grew steadily, from approximately 5.1K in its launch week to nearly 11.9K in early December.
